About Andreas Bohman

I help leaders navigate the visible and invisible work of leadership, building trust, delivering results, and leading with clarity in complex environments.

Throughout my career, I have led in environments where trust, clarity, and adaptability made the difference — from senior leadership roles in higher education and private industry, to service as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer.

My leadership approach was shaped across a range of experiences, including leading in combat zones, driving change in private industry, and fostering collaboration within academic institutions. Just as importantly, being a father has taught me the value of patience, perspective, and showing up with consistency — lessons that continue to shape how I lead.

Today, I work with organizations and leaders navigating their own complexity. Balancing the need for structured compliance and shared governance with the demands for timely, decisive leadership. I believe that recognizing the environment you are leading in — and adjusting how you lead — is one of the core disciplines of lasting leadership.

But leadership lessons have not just come from high-stakes environments. They also come from everyday moments — raising my children, mentoring others, and staying committed to the quiet work of building trust over time. My philosophy draws deeply from values rooted in my Nordic heritage: humility, shared responsibility, and human-centric leadership.

Leadership is both visible and invisible work. It is not about titles or moments — it is about showing up consistently, especially when it matters most.
